Our innovation labs are where the magic happens.
An IDIYA Lab is a place where students gather to work collaboratively, independently and/or creatively on projects. Innovation labs provide tools and work space for students to prototype, invent, collaborate and learn. Equipment and tools can include 3D printers, design software, robotics, electronics, craft and hardware supplies, woodworking, laser cutters, computer controlled mills, hand tools and much more.
Let’s Get Started
IDIYA Labs designs, installs, supplies and supports innovation labs within educational programs while offering a comprehensive service model including instructor training and supporting curriculum. Using a turn-key delivery model, IDIYA Labs works closely with your organization’s administrators to determine the most efficient use of available space and funding to customize your school’s Lab.
Through the IDIYA Labs program, your school has access to the necessary equipment, supplies, software and tools to function as a fully operational design lab. Students in these classes will gain hands-on experience with a range of technologies including, but not limited to: CAD software, 3D printing, automation, programming and robotics. In addition to advanced technologies, IDIYA Labs offers low-tech making such as sewing, crafting, woodworking and sculpture. With an IDIYA Labs innovation lab in your school, students can start manufacturing their own ideas within a matter of hours, allowing students to be truly innovative, forward thinking and entrepreneurial.
